This "Home" sign was made out of reclaimed oak floorboard offcuts.
The design was created in Photoshop, the pattern was then burnt onto the wood using a laser, it was then cut out with a fretsaw.
The finish is "chld safe" varnish.
Back Stretcher
This back stretcher was made from recalimed oak floorboard offcuts. This I use to stop my back siezing up.
The design was created in Photoshop, the pattern was then burnt onto the wood using a laser, it was then cut out with a fretsaw and the mortices were cut using an auger drill.
The finish is "chld safe" varnish.
Turtle Pendant
This pendant was made from reclaimed oak floorboard offcuts.
The design was created in Photoshop, the wood was thicknessed then the pattern was then burnt onto the wood using a laser, it was then cut out with a fretsaw.
We added a splash of colour using gel pens. The finish is "chld safe" varnish.
Bed Crown
This bed crown was made from 12mm ply offcuts.
Glue and pin construction, mouldings supplied by client.
The finish is in keeping with the client's room.
Low Coffee Table
This table was made from a reclaimed teak dining table.
The leaves of the old table were cut to size and then biscuit jointed and glued back together.
The original table and hairpin legs were supplied by the client for this project.
Heavy Green Pot
This green pot was made from 19mm MDF offcuts. It was comissioned by a local drummer who needed a heavy pot to store his drum sitck in, when on stage.
The rings wer cut out on the bandsaw and glued together, the pot shape was then finished on the lathe.
The finish MDF sealant, primer and green spray paint.
